Our state-of-the-art Mazak equipment has a maximum bar capacity of 16 inches in diameter (406 mm) and a maximum length of 21.44 inches (544.58 mm), with 12 tools in the turret. It has threading capabilities and is equipped with an automatic parts collector.
Our experienced engineers use offline simulations to estimate part costs without the need for machining trials. Our excellent quality, on-time deliveries, and IATF 16949 automotive certification support our commitment to excellence.
