TDC SHEET METAL DUCTS (TRANSVERSE DUCT CONNECTOR)
TDC sheet metal ducts are distinguished by their flanged ends, which are integrated into the duct body itself. These ducts are assembled by connecting each segment using accessories such as corners and clips, while applying butyl sealant to prevent leaks.
The integrated flange design makes TDC ducts particularly robust, making them the preferred choice for large-sized ducts. The inherent strength of this type of duct allows the use of thinner gauges without compromising the integrity of the system.
Slip-and-Drive Sheet Metal Ducts
These air ducts are distinguished by their joining method, using profiles known as slip and drive.
