Sheet Metal Ducts

En Cedinor, we manufacture metal duct projects that represent true engineering masterpieces in the distribution of air, powders, and oils' gases. Our ducts are designed to meet various applications, and we offer a wide range of options, from TDC, Slip and Drive ducts to welded and flanged ducts, among others.

When it comes to air distribution, our Slip and Drive ducts are ideal for smaller systems, while TDC ducts, or Transverse Duct Connectors, excel in larger systems, especially in industrial and commercial environments. The flexibility to combine these two types of ducts in a single system provides economic advantages that ensure our customers get the best value for their money.

Our expertise is reflected in the manufacturing of rectangular ducts and welded and flanged ducts, whether round or square, using a variety of advanced methods and techniques. At Cedinor, we take pride in providing customized solutions in the manufacturing of metal ducts that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Trust Cedinor for your metal duct needs and experience the difference that engineering excellence can make in your project. We follow the SMACNA and ASHRAE guides to manufacture our sheet metal ducts.

TDC SHEET METAL DUCTS (TRANSVERSE DUCT CONNECTOR)

TDC sheet metal ducts are distinguished by their flange feature at the ends of the duct, which is part of the duct body itself. These ducts are assembled by connecting each segment using accessories such as corners and clips, while applying a butyl seal to prevent leaks.

The design with an integrated flange makes TDC ducts particularly robust, making them the preferred choice for large-sized ducts. The inherent strength of this type of duct allows the use of thinner gauges without sacrificing the integrity of the system.

SLIP AND DRIVE SHEET METAL DUCTS

These air ducts are distinguished by their method of joining using profiles known as Slip and Drive.

This system is of a traditional nature and used to be fabricated on-site, being a common choice in residences and offices.
