PRESS DIE AND STAMPING

Our expertise in press die and stamping processes focuses on performing secondary steps to pieces previously manufactured by metal spinning, processing holes, cuts, etc. It is also required for assembly parts.

We have implemented significant improvements in our press die area, including the adoption of the SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) methodology to achieve quick die changes, resulting in cost reduction in setup. Cedinor has presses ranging from 200 tons to 5 tons, complemented with automatic feeders. We are at your disposal for the die-cutting and stamping of pieces, whether small or support, using both progressive and manual dies.
