CEDINOR is a family-owned company committed to continuous improvement. We value our talented team as our most important asset, working closely together to provide you with the best possible service. With significant experience as an exporting company, we closely monitor our performance through an ERP system.
Our story began in 1994, when CEDINOR was founded as a supplier of ventilation ducts and fire protection systems for the Monterrey subway. Since the beginning, CEDINOR has maintained a leading position in technology, allowing us to meet the strict delivery deadlines of this important project.
In the same year, 1994, we faced an economic crisis and decided to expand our operations to the residential market in Texas, exporting prefabricated ducts. This marked the beginning of our mass production and the implementation of rigorous quality controls. In 1997, Cedinor won a contract to manufacture roof jacks for prefabricated homes in the United States through our client Rheem. Since then, Rheem has awarded us several prizes, including two years as a Zero Defects Supplier and as a supplier partner.
In March 2010, we obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification, an achievement we maintained until 2019. Today, we are certified in IATF 16949, which applies to the automotive sector.

Metal Spinning
At CEDINOR, we are experts in metal spinning. We use cutting-edge technology and decades of experience to produce deep-drawn parts in a variety of materials and sizes. Whether it’s aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, carbon steel, or aluminized steel, our metal spinning processes deliver exceptional quality and precision.
Laser cutting
If you are looking for top-notch laser cutting services, feel free to contact us. Our 6,000-watt laser cutting service uses state-of-the-art technology, allowing us to work with a wide range of materials, from stainless steel to aluminum.
Metal Ducts
We manufacture metal ducts used in the distribution of air, dust, and oil mist. From TDC and slip-and-drive ducts to welded and flanged ducts, we cover a wide range of applications. We also provide laser cutting, roll forming, custom parts manufacturing, assembly, and conventional machining services.
Welding
Welding is a key component of our services. We have automatic TIG and manual MIG/TIG welding equipment specialized for aluminum, stainless steel, and other materials. We also offer longitudinal welding for cylindrical parts.
